Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Ancestor's Voice

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Abzan deck is built around Betor, Ancestor's Voice, using life gain as both a resource and a payoff. The primary path is a two-card infinite life-drain loop between Bloodthirsty Conqueror and any life-gain drainer (Vito, Enduring Tenacity, Sanguine Bond, or Professor Dellian Fel's emblem). Combat is a secondary path, with Betor and Celestine turning lifegain into growing, recursive threats. The deck has no hidden commander-Betor is the central engine-but it can function without him thanks to redundant recursion outlets. It packs a deep reanimation suite and mass protection to survive interaction and rebuild quickly.
