Deck overview

This deck is a Golgari Aristocrats strategy centered around Slimefoot, the Stowaway, utilizing Fungus and Saproling tokens to drain opponents' life totals while controlling creature-centric boards. The game plan focuses on establishing reliable mana and deploying cheap token engines before landing asymmetric sacrifice effects such as Grave Pact and Dictate of Erebos. Once sacrifice outlets like Ashnod's Altar or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician join redundant drain pieces like Blood Artist, Bastion of Remembrance, and Mirkwood Bats, every lost token translates into massive table-wide life swings. Although the deck lacks extensive tutor suites, it features an incidental two-card infinite combo in Dina, Soul Steeper and Exquisite Blood alongside high card flow through Skullclamp. Its primary path to victory remains steady incremental attrition, retaliatory death triggers, and overwhelming token swarms.
