Deck overview

Edgar Markov runs a Mardu Vampire swarm that uses Eminence to turn every non-Edgar Vampire spell into a 1/1 token. The primary plan is to flood the board with cheap Vampires and then either overwhelm with Edgar's attack-trigger pumps and anthems, or convert lifegain/drain synergies into an infinite kill. Secondary paths use Bolas's Citadel plus Aetherflux Reservoir and the Oathsworn/Altar/Bontu's Monument loop. No hidden commander exists; Edgar's command-zone Eminence is the engine, while his battlefield presence adds haste, first strike, and a global pump. Tutors and draw effects let the deck pivot between wide combat and compact combo, making its average goldfish fast and consistent.
