Deck overview

Lathril, Blade of the Elves leads an Elf-ball token deck with two overlapping win paths: a single massive combat turn through Craterhoof/Finale, and a grindy life-drain via Lathril's tap ability. The deck ramps with mana Elves, converts commander damage triggers into wide token armies, and uses lords, Doubling Season, and overrun effects to eliminate all three opponents in one attack. There is no hidden commander; the list is built entirely around Lathril's front face. Tutors find the finisher or the answer, and redundant token generators keep the plan alive if Lathril is removed. Weaknesses include no counterspells and a tapland-heavy mana base that can make the early turns inconsistent.
