Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Midrange Aggro-Combo strategy led by the partner commanders Atreus, Impulsive Son and Kratos, Stoic Father. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-curve Gods and changelings to trigger Kratos on attack, rapidly accumulating experience counters that fuel Atreus's card draw and table-wide burn. As counters mount, the board transitions into overwhelming combat pressure backed by evasive beaters like Iroas, God of Victory, God-Eternal Oketra, and The Locust God. Tutoring engines such as War of the Last Alliance, The Seriema, and Axgard Armory provide access to key utility pieces and equipment protection like Conqueror's Flail and Swiftfoot Boots. The deck closes games around Turn 7 through compounded combat steps, direct damage, or an infinite combat loop using Aurelia, the Warleader equipped with Helm of the Host.
