Wheel and Deal by AutismusPrime

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is both the card-advantage engine and the primary payoff: every opponent draw is a point of damage, so the deck forces extras with a dense wheel package. It plans to resolve a protected Nekusar, add a second draw-trigger, then cast two symmetrical wheels to deal 21-42 damage to each opponent. Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, Psychosis Crawler, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun (a hidden commander in the 99) provide non-commander damage. Kess, Dissident Mage and Echo of Eons let the deck reuse the best wheels. The interaction suite is heavily countermagic, which is best spent defending the second, lethal wheel rather than policing the board.
