Dina, Soul Steeper commands a Golgari aristocrats and lifegain deck designed to turn incremental lifegain into steady life loss for every opponent. The primary strategy floods the battlefield with Pest tokens and small utility creatures, sacrificing them to draw cards and trigger continuous drain effects. The deck closes out games in two main ways. Its primary win condition is an infinite lifegain and drain loop combining Dina or redundant drain engines like Marauding Blight-Priest with Bloodthirsty Conqueror. Alternatively, it can overrun opponents through mass Pest swarms buffed by Blossoming Bogbeast or grind down life totals with sustained aristocrats triggers from Bastion of Remembrance and Zulaport Cutthroat.
