Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Poison Proliferate Control deck commanded by Venser, Corpse Puppet. The primary strategy focuses on applying an initial poison counter to each opponent through early evasive infect and toxic creatures or global poison spells, and then rapidly multiplying those counters with a dense suite of proliferate spells. Venser, Corpse Puppet converts every proliferate trigger into board presence by creating 3/3 Hollow Sentinel artifact creature tokens or granting evasion and lifelink to existing artifact threats. As the game develops, amplifying engines like Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, Flux Channeler, and Inexorable Tide accelerate poison accumulation exponentially across all three opponents simultaneously.
