Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Eldrazi token and stompy deck commanded by Azlask, the Swelling Scourge. The primary strategy focuses on producing colorless Eldrazi Spawn and Scion tokens, sacrificing them for mana and death triggers to accumulate experience counters, and activating Azlask's five-color ability to overrun opponents with massive, indestructible, annihilator-bearing attackers. Alternatively, the deck leverages its sacrifice mana to ramp into massive legendary Eldrazi titans like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, or assemble an infinite blink loop with Brood Monitor and Eldrazi Displacer. The deck relies on 40 basic lands, creating noticeable color-fixing variance for its five-color activated ability, but compensates with resilient high-end threats and redundant token production.
