Deck overview

This is a Magda, Brazen Outlaw Dwarf deck that turns tapped Dwarves into Treasures, then converts five Treasures into an artifact or Dragon from the library. Cheap Dwarves and changelings provide the body count, while Sol Ring, Lotus Petal, Springleaf Drum, and other artifacts improve early development. The main supported high-impact line is to assemble five Treasures and fetch Portal to Phyrexia around turn 5. That creates a large asymmetric creature swing and begins recurring reanimation, but it does not itself end the game. The list has useful removal, several mana-denial effects, and strong artifact payoffs, yet commander access is a major bottleneck. Its finish is therefore attrition-based and open-ended rather than a compact combo. It is a functional casual-to-high-power toolbox deck, but it lacks the redundancy, protection, and deterministic closing route needed for cEDH construction.
