Deck overview

This is a mono-white lifegain/counter deck centered on Heliod, Sun-Crowned. The early game uses cheap lifegain creatures and enchantments to trigger Ajani's Pridemate, Voice of the Blessed, and Heliod's counter ability. Heliod's activated lifelink is the key enabler: it makes any damage or ping generate another +1/+1 counter. The deck carries an incidental infinite combo with Walking Ballista or Triskelion-once they have lifelink, each ping replaces its own counter via Heliod's trigger. If the combo is not drawn, the fallback is a grindy token-and-counter beatdown using Griffin Aerie, Dawn of Hope, and Nykthos Paragon, with instant-speed removal to clear the way.
