Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Grixis reanimator and combo strategy helmed by Be'lakor, the Dark Master. The primary win condition centers on resolving Buried Alive to place Necrotic Ooze, Asmodeus the Archfiend, and Skirge Familiar into the graveyard. Reanimating Necrotic Ooze allows you to discard cards for black mana and draw seven cards per activation without the drawback of Asmodeus's static exile clause, drawing your library and casting a lethal Exsanguinate or storming with Aetherflux Reservoir. If the primary combo is contested, the deck seamlessly transitions into a Demon tribal beatdown and burn engine led by Be'lakor's card draw and enter-the-battlefield damage triggers, supported by heavy hitters like Archfiend of Despair and Razaketh, the Foulblooded. Strong looting spells, versatile interaction, and backup lines like Underworld Breach with Brain Freeze ensure resilience and flexibility across mid-to-high power pods.
