Deck overview

Eluge, the Shoreless Sea is the engine: it turns each attack into a permanent flood counter on a land, and then the first instant or sorcery each turn becomes cheaper for every flooded land. The deck's primary plan is to cast Eluge early, attack to stack flood counters, and chain extra-turn spells while drawing through magecraft payoffs. Win lines include combat from an Island-scaled Eluge plus Drake/Shark tokens, and a backup Hullbreaker Horror + Sol Ring infinite-mana loop into draw spells. Six extra-turn effects, four tutors, and recursion make the chain resilient, while free counterspells protect key turns.
