Deck overview

This Temur deck harnesses Flubs, the Fool at the helm of a Landfall and Storm engine. By intentionally emptying its hand, the deck turns every land played and spell cast into immediate card draw, bypassing traditional resource limits. Fast mana and dense 1–2 CMC ramp such as Lotus Cobra, Birds of Paradise, and Farseek enable a reliable Turn 4 engine assembly. Once operational, enablers like Eruth, Tormented Prophet, Song of Creation, and Underworld Breach generate overwhelming card and mana velocity. The deck creates a critical must-answer board state on Turn 5 by generating massive token swarms via Scute Swarm, Avenger of Zendikar, or Dragonback Assault, or by chaining Storm spells. Opponents typically receive one response cycle before a lethal attack powered by Craterhoof Behemoth or Finale of Devastation closes the game on Turn 6. While vulnerable to sweepers and stax pieces that restrict spell casting, its strong redundancy and graveyard recursion ensure swift recovery.
