Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Azula, Cunning Usurper is a theft-and-flicker commander whose ETB exiles a creature and a graveyard card from an opponent while her attack adds red mana to cast those cards at flash speed. The deck uses blink effects to retrigger Azula and ETB thieves, grinding card advantage while tutoring for a compact Thassa's Oracle-Demonic Consultation finish. Thassa, Y'shtola, Panharmonicon, and Starfield Vocalist multiply those triggers; Bribery, Breach, and Gonti turn opponents' cards against them. The backup plan is to steal or clone large threats and drain with Gray Merchant. It is not a dedicated turbo deck, but it can win out of nowhere once the combo is assembled.
