Format: Commander

Commander: Fumulus, the Infestation

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Fumulus, the Infestation is a mono-black attrition engine that turns every nontoken sacrifice into a flying Insect and every attacking Insect into a life-point swing. The deck uses edicts and sacrifice outlets to control the board while recursive skeletons, spirits, and vampires generate continuous value. Fumulus functions both as a token producer and a secondary win condition; the real finish comes from drain effects such as Ayara, Gray Merchant, and Fumulus's attack triggers, with Revel in Riches as a treasure-based alternative. It is a midrange engine deck that wants to grind, not combo; it wins by converting recursion loops into mana, cards, and life loss.
