Deck overview

This is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, who grows with every noncreature spell, converts her power into mana, and pings each opponent. The deck's primary path is chaining instants and sorceries - fueled by cantrips, rituals, and cost reducers - into a storm kill via Grapeshot or Brain Freeze, an Aetherflux Reservoir life-total shot, or a Thousand-Year Storm-amplified turn. A Wizard subtheme runs underneath: Harmonic Prodigy doubles Vivi's triggers and those of Stormsplitter and Coruscation Mage, while Kitsa, Otterball Elite and Ral, Monsoon Mage copy and discount spells. Secondary wins include infinite mana from Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter or a Hullbreaker Horror loop, and a prowess-combat beatdown plan through Bria, Riptide Rogue and Valley Floodcaller.
