Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Yue, the Moon Spirit to cheat high-mana noncreature artifacts and spells into play by tapping artifacts and creatures with the Waterbend mechanic. The early game establishes a dense board of mana rocks, cost-reducers, and token generators like Sai, Master Thopterist. Once assembled, the deck draws massive amounts of cards through engines such as Shimmer Dragon, Vedalken Archmage, and Thought Monitor. It closes the game by overwhelming opponents with wide combat damage boosted by Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Master of Etherium, and Forsaken Monument, or by executing a one-sided board wipe with All Is Dust. While the deck has high synergy and robust card draw, it lacks instant-win combos and dedicated tutors, requiring multiple combat steps to defeat the entire table.
