Deck overview

This mono-red deck turns Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos into a rapid table-wide threat. Alexios attacks each combat if able, cannot be sacrificed, and cannot attack its owner. At the start of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Alexios, untaps it, puts a +1/+1 counter on it, and gives it haste. Because you remain the owner and controller of all Equipment attached to Alexios, any buffs, double strike, and hexproof protections persist across every turn. Alexios attacks four times per turn cycle, rapidly accumulating commander damage on every opponent. Supporting cards like The Sound of Drums, Fireshrieker, and Two-Handed Axe accelerate this damage output to eliminate opponents within two turn rotations. The deck uses goad effects and forced combat to keep opposing creatures tapped and attacking away from you, creating an aggressive clock that pressures the entire pod simultaneously.
