Deck overview

This Jeskai artifact deck is commanded by Inspirit, Flagship Vessel, which acts as a repeatable charge-counter engine and defensive anchor. The primary game plan revolves around leveraging Inspirit's combat trigger to rapidly place charge counters onto key artifacts. Its most decisive path to victory utilizes Magistrate's Scepter alongside counter enablers like Coretapper or Energy Chamber to establish an infinite extra-turn loop as early as Turn 5. Alternatively, the deck can accumulate counters on Darksteel Reactor for an outright win, doubled rapidly by Deepglow Skate or Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus. A robust suite of low-cost counterspells and artifact recursion effects safeguards the combo from disruption, while secondary threats like Kappa Cannoneer and Lux Artillery apply immense pressure.
