Avengers, Assemble! Upgraded by GoddessSerenity

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain America, Team Leader

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is a Hero-tribal +1/+1 counter aggro deck. Captain America, Team Leader is the engine rather than the finisher: every Hero that enters gets haste, vigilance, and a counter while Captain America grows, and Danny Pink converts those counters into cards, making him the hidden commander. The primary plan is to curve Captain America into cheap/medium Heroes, draw with Danny Pink, Kindred Discovery, and Avengers Assemble!, then close through Akki Battle Squad's extra combat and War Machine's double strike. A slower secondary path uses counter-synergy sweepers (Damning Verdict, Wave Goodbye) to reset the board and win through Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger or a large Captain America. The deck is combat-dependent and has no counterspells.
