Dimir Control by JB999

Format: Commander

Commander: Sakashima of a Thousand Faces and Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Dimir deck is a clone and theft control deck. It copies the best creatures on the table and grinds value until opponents run out of answers. Sakashima of a Thousand Faces lets you keep multiple copies of legendary creatures by ignoring the legend rule, while Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools makes Thrulls, draws cards when you sacrifice a creature or planeswalker, and can steal all commanders with its ultimate. A proliferate package with Thrummingbird, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus and Deepglow Skate grows Tevesh and other counters. Hullbreaker Horror acts as a hidden commander as the main repeatable bounce engine and combo piece. Backup plans are Isochron Scepter plus Dramatic Reversal for infinite mana and Dark Depths plus Thespian's Stage for a 20/20 Marit Lage.
