Deck overview

This deck is a thematic exhibition build centered on The Ur-Dragon. It brings together every major Elder Dragon cycle in Magic history, spanning the original Legends dragons, the Tarkir dragonlords, the Core Set 2019 legends, and the Strixhaven founder dragons. The list also incorporates the complete thematic card suites for both Nicol Bolas and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. Supported by an optimal mana base of original dual lands, fetchlands, and triomes, the deck uses eminence cost reduction and artifact ramp to deploy game-ending flying threats. While it lacks low-mana interaction and hyper-efficient stax pieces, it excels at generating overwhelming board presence, massive card draw through combat triggers, and high damage output in the air.
