Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-White Angel Typal strategy commanded by Giada, Font of Hope. Giada acts as both an on-curve mana dork and a snowballing counter engine, accelerating mid-cost Angels into play starting on Turn 3. Each successive Angel enters larger than the last, rapidly compounding battlefield power with evasion and lifelink. Key payoffs like Righteous Valkyrie, Lyra Dawnbringer, and Bishop of Wings leverage lifegain to push life totals above 47, granting massive team-wide anthems and creating an insurmountable life cushion. The deck closes games through overwhelming aerial combat damage across Turns 5 through 7. While the deck boasts immense board presence, rapid clock acceleration, and solid targeted removal, it relies heavily on permanent-based combat and natural card flow, making it vulnerable to recurring mass sweepers and counterplay that bypasses creature combat.
