We'll Steal THE MOOOOOON by Winnugami

Format: Commander

Commander: Yue, the Moon Spirit

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a mono-blue extra-turns deck helmed by Yue, the Moon Spirit. Yue waterbends to cast any noncreature from hand for free, so the list loads expensive extra-turn spells, Omniscience, and tap-fodder. Land Yue, tap rocks and Allies for waterbend, and pitch out Time Warp, Time Stretch, Expropriate, or Omniscience, then chain turns until Shark Typhoon or Metallurgic Summonings finishes the table. Training Grounds, Ioreth of the Healing House, Unstoppable Plan, and Thousand-Year Elixir multiply activations; High Tide and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx hard-cast the same haymakers if Yue never sticks. Two combo lines live entirely in the 99 - Dramatic Reversal with the mana rocks, plus copy effects on tap abilities - so the command zone is an accelerator, not a requirement. The deck is a high-ceiling, patient control-combo list, not a fast combo deck.
