Marv: Blame Game (PRECON) by Aggro

Format: Commander

Commander: Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

A Boros politics deck that uses Nelly Borca's goad-and-suspect trigger to turn opponents' creatures into borrowed weapons while drawing cards. The primary plan is to stall with tax effects, generate value from opponent activity, then finish with big evasive threats under damage doublers. Secondary paths include stealing games with Etali's free casts and grinding through recursion from Sun Titan and Sevinne's Reclamation. The commander is the card-draw engine, but the deck includes enough redundant goad and value pieces to function, at a slower pace, without her.
