Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jeskai Superfriends control strategy led by Commodore Guff. The primary game plan establishes fast mana acceleration on Turns 1 and 2, transitions into asymmetric stax and defensive pillowfort pieces on Turns 3 and 4, and deploys high-impact planeswalkers to build commanding card and mana advantage. Asymmetric locks such as Drannith Magistrate, Teferi, Time Raveler, and Narset, Parter of Veils severely restrict opponents from casting commanders, playing at instant speed, or drawing extra cards. The deck protects its planeswalkers with cards like Silent Arbiter and Norn's Annex while breaking parity with one-sided board wipes like Urza's Ruinous Blast. Victory is achieved around Turn 8 through scaling burn from All Will Be One and Commodore Guff, multiplied loyalty activations via Oath of Teferi, and flying dragon combat swarms created by Sarkhan the Masterless.
