Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Planeswalker Control ('Superfriends') deck commanded by Tam, the Possibility. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana in the early turns, establishing planeswalker cost reduction via Tam and Oath of Ajani, and deploying high-impact planeswalkers that generate asymmetric card advantage and board control. The deck rapidly escalates loyalty counters using dense proliferate engines including Tam's WUBRG activated ability, Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus, and Evolution Sage, as well as doubling effects like Doubling Season and Deepglow Skate. Defensive layers such as token generation, attack taxes (Onakke Oathkeeper), and phase-out protection (Teferi's Protection, Ripples of Potential, Mutational Advantage) protect the board. Once planeswalkers reach ultimate thresholds on Turn 5 to 6, the deck finishes the game through lethal burn from Chandra, Legacy of Fire, poison counters from Vraska, Betrayal's Sting, game losses from Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, or infinite resources via Tamiyo, Field Researcher's Omniscience emblem.
