Deck overview

Bruvac the Grandiloquent leads a focused mono-blue mill combo deck that converts percentage-based mill spells into decisive one-shot table eliminations. The primary game plan deploys Bruvac on turn 3, uses targeted tutors like Personal Tutor and Solve the Equation to locate Maddening Cacophony, and kicks it on turn 5. Because Bruvac doubles all opponent mill effects, kicking Cacophony forces every opponent to mill their entire library in a single resolution, causing them to lose on their subsequent draw steps. Single-target heavy mill spells such as Traumatize, Cut Your Losses, and Terisian Mindbreaker serve as reliable redundant win conditions alongside Fraying Sanity. The deck protects its combo using Lightning Greaves, Daze, and defensive counters, while resetting hostile boards with Cyclonic Rift and Aetherize. It suppresses opposing graveyard abuse with Grafdigger's Cage. Strong recursion ensures the deck replays countered pieces quickly.
