Wolf of Hob Street by Psyga315

Format: Commander

Commander: Chief of the Wilds

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Golgari tribal deck is helmed by Chief of the Wilds, a trigger-doubling engine for Wolves and battles. The primary plan is to deploy a dense board of Wolves, Spiders, and Bears, leveraging the commander's ability to multiply +1/+1 counter triggers and other value from ferocious and death-touch creatures. Wins come through overwhelming combat damage, often powered up by Overwhelming Stampede or the incremental life loss from Mirkwood Bats and Rotwidow Pack. The deck has no infinite combos and relies on sustained creature pressure. The commander is a flexible value piece but not strictly required for the deck to function at a reduced capacity, making it a moderate-dependency build.
