Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Rakdos engine centered on Prosper, Tome-Bound. It leverages exile-based card advantage and impulse spells to generate large volumes of Treasure tokens. These tokens accelerate mana production and trigger potent drain permanents like Marionette Apprentice, Mirkwood Bats, and Ingenious Artillerist. With explosive fast mana from Dark Ritual, Sol Ring, and Jeska's Will, the deck consistently deploys its commander on Turn 3 and reaches an operational engine on Turn 4. The primary win condition centers on resolving Bolas's Citadel or casting a massive Torment of Hailfire on Turn 5, converting rapid card velocity and artifact turnover into a same-turn table kill. Strong single-target removal, board wipes, and hate pieces like Opposition Agent and Dauthi Voidwalker disrupt opposing game plans while the deck establishes its winning board state.
