Deck overview

This deck combines Niv-Mizzet, Ghost Counsel with life-gain payoffs, Spirit tokens, death triggers, and Orzhov removal. Its main compact finish is Exquisite Blood plus Enduring Tenacity. Once both are in play, a single life-gain or life-loss event creates an infinite loop that drains the table. In ordinary play, the six-mana commander, two expensive enchantments, and limited tutor redundancy make the usable setup slow, usually around turn 9, with the kill following around turn 10. The deck can instead build a token board with Lingering Souls, Spectral Procession, Thalisse, Reverent Medium, and Anointed Procession, but that route is gradual and vulnerable to sweepers. Removal is respectable, and Teferi's Protection is strong defensive insurance, yet the deck has few counters and little protection for its enchantment combo. It is a coherent general-power deck rather than a cEDH construction.
