Deck overview

This mono-blue deck is commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist and focuses on converting artifact casts into a wide airborne army of 1/1 Thopter tokens. It develops early mana through low-cost artifact rocks and cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector, establishing Sai by Turn 3 to begin generating tokens on Turn 4. The deck utilizes Sai's activated ability, Thopter Spy Network, and Shimmer Dragon to maintain card velocity while building a wide board state. Victory is achieved through evasive combat damage boosted by global anthems like Master of Etherium, Chief of the Foundry, and Forsaken Monument, or by transforming the entire fleet into 5/3 beaters with Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut. While the deck excels at generating incremental board presence and chump blockers, it relies heavily on natural draws due to a lack of tutors and remains vulnerable to mass artifact and creature sweepers over prolonged multi-turn combat clocks.
