Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses Sai, Master Thopterist to convert cheap artifacts into an army of flying 1/1 Thopter tokens. It develops early mana through artifacts like Arcane Signet, Etherium Sculptor, and Mind Stone, deploying Sai on Turn 3 and immediately chaining artifacts on Turn 4 to assemble a wide board. The deck refills its hand by sacrificing redundant tokens to Sai or drawing through engines such as Shimmer Dragon, Padeem, Consul of Innovation, and Thoughtcast. Once a wide board is established, the deck transitions into lethal combat on Turn 6 using power-boosting permanents like Forsaken Monument, Chief of the Foundry, and Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, or tall threats like Kappa Cannoneer and Master of Etherium. It finishes the table around Turn 8 through evasive aerial attacks, supported by defensive cards like Propaganda and asymmetric sweepers like All Is Dust.
