Deck overview

This Grixis deck is commanded by The Tenth Doctor alongside Clara Oswald (configured to Black), creating a dedicated Time Travel and extra-turn chaining engine. The strategy focuses on accelerating mana through artifacts, casting The Tenth Doctor, and attacking to exile high-impact nonland cards with suspend. The list leverages time-travel spells like All of History, All at Once and extra upkeep engines like Paradox Haze, The Ninth Doctor, and Sphinx of the Second Sun to rapidly tick down suspended spells. Once the engine is online, the deck chains extra-turn spells including Time Warp, Temporal Mastery, Expropriate, and Time Stretch. As spells are cast from exile, paradox payoffs like Passionate Archaeologist, Keeper of Secrets, and Flaming Tyrannosaurus convert spell velocity into decisive burn damage across the table. While the deck boasts high explosive potential and turns advantage into victories quickly, its reliance on combat triggers and complete absence of countermagic leave it vulnerable to fast interaction.
