Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats Reanimator strategy commanded by Bartolomé del Presidio. It leverages a free, repeatable sacrifice outlet in the command zone alongside dense self-mill, reanimation spells, and recursion loops. The primary route to victory involves pairing a high-impact recursion creature—such as Sun Titan, Boonweaver Giant, or Angel of Indemnity—with a reanimating Aura like Kaya's Ghostform or Angelic Renewal. Sacrificing the creature to Bartolomé returns it immediately to play, allowing its enter-the-battlefield trigger to bring back the Aura. This loop repeats infinitely, triggering drain payoffs like Bastion of Remembrance, Marionette Apprentice, and Zulaport Cutthroat to eliminate all three opponents in a single turn. The deck features dependable two-mana ramp, flexible permanent removal, and strong graveyard resilience, providing a cohesive combo-centric game plan.
