Commander: Savra, Queen of the Golgari

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Golgari sacrifice/aristocrats deck helmed by Savra, Queen of the Golgari, built to grind the table down through forced sacrifice, drain triggers, and a compact set of combo finishes. The primary plan is to generate sacrifice fodder (tokens from Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, Grist, the Hunger Tide, Liliana, Dreadhorde General, and Beledros Witherbloom), convert it into value through sacrifice outlets like Viscera Seer and Ashnod's Altar, and force opponents to sacrifice their boards via Savra, Grave Pact, and Dictate of Erebos. The deck closes games with the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond/Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose/Enduring Tenacity loop, an infinite-mana engine with Pitiless Plunderer + Ashnod's Altar + Reassembling Skeleton, or a massive Torment of Hailfire. A deep recursion package (Living Death, Rise of the Dark Realms, Sheoldred, Whispering One) makes it a resilient midrange-control deck that can grind and combo.
