Deck overview

This is an Orzhov political midrange deck centered on Breena, the Demagogue. It rewards attacks against life-total leaders, grows creatures with +1/+1 counters, and uses Auras, curses, and flying tokens to make combat profitable. Black Market Connections, Sram, Senior Edificer, Esper Sentinel, and Welcoming Vampire provide card flow, while Combat Calligrapher, Curse of Disturbance, Psemilla, Meletian Poet, and Nesting Dovehawk build a wide aerial board. Defensive pieces such as Ghostly Prison, Nils, Discipline Enforcer, and Teferi's Protection help preserve that board. The deck has useful removal and several tutor effects, but its ordinary mana development is close to curve, its key roles are not fully redundant, and it lacks a compact table-ending route. Its normal game plan is therefore incremental advantage and combat pressure rather than a reliable combo finish or hard lock.
