Deck overview

This deck is an Esper kindred aggro-reanimator list commanded by Sidar Jabari of Zhalfir. It leverages the commander's eminence ability from turn 2 or 3 to filter cards and deliberately pitch high-impact Knights into the graveyard. Once deployed, Sidar Jabari connects in combat with flying and first strike, immediately cheating those discarded threats into play. The deck scales its battlefield presence using token generators like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar and Hero of Bladehold, alongside scaling anthems such as Vodalian Wave-Knight, Knight Exemplar, and The Circle of Loyalty. Game-ending evasion is provided primarily by Herald of Hoofbeats, granting near-unblockable horsemanship to push lethal combat damage. Supported by targeted removal like Swords to Plowshares and Void Rend, the list maintains solid resilience through built-in reanimation engines like Haakon, Stromgald Scourge and Knights' Charge, though it remains vulnerable to sweepers that exile the board or targeted graveyard hate that shuts down its recursion.
