Deck overview

This Sisay, Weatherlight Captain deck operates as a hybrid 5-color toolbox and compact combo engine. In the early turns, it utilizes efficient green ramp, mana dorks, and low-cost mana rocks to fix all five colors of mana rapidly. Once mana is online, Sisay provides continuous direct-to-battlefield access to critical legendary utility, stax pieces like Teferi, Time Raveler, and value engines like Jodah, the Unifier. The deck can win through multiple independent paths: an infinite mana and untap loop with Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, an infinite drain loop with Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond, infinite combat phases via Nature's Will and Aggravated Assault, or an overwhelming legendary combat board. Backed by cheap, flexible countermagic and proactive protection spells, the deck reliably attempts decisive wins on Turn 5 while maintaining strong reactive interaction against opposing strategies.
