Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Ninja tempo build commanded by Splinter, Radical Rat. The strategy focuses on deploying cheap, evasive attackers early to enable ninjutsu and sneak abilities. Once Splinter enters the battlefield, every combat damage and ninja trigger is doubled. This turns card draw engines like Ingenious Infiltrator into massive card advantage bursts and turns offensive threats like Dark Leo & Shredder and Shredder, Shadow Master into lethal game-ending swings. The deck controls the board using combat-based removal and counters, protecting its board with targeted spells before executing a swift two-turn combat clock.
