Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact ramp deck helmed by Dyfed, the Guiding Hand, built around generating Powerstone tokens and untapping artifacts to fuel explosive mana. The primary path to victory is combat: Krang, Utrom Warlord grants every artifact creature haste, flying, trample, and indestructible, while Cybermen Squadron adds myriad and Cyberdrive Awakener animates the entire artifact board into 4/4s for a one-shot lethal swing. A secondary line uses Basalt Monolith's self-untap loop for infinite mana, fed through Urza, Lord High Artificer or Planar Bridge into the same combat kill. Alternate wins lurk in Mechanized Production and The Millennium Calendar. The commander's +1 creates two Powerstones, her -X untaps artifacts for massive mana, and her -6 tutors any artifact directly onto the battlefield.
