Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai midrange strategy commanded by The Wise Mothman. It leverages the radiation mechanic to fuel a dual strategy of incremental mill and explosive +1/+1 counter distribution. The early game focuses on deploying two-mana ramp to establish the commander by Turn 3 or Turn 4. Once in play, radiation counters force each player to mill cards during their precombat main phases, causing nonland cards to trigger counters across your creatures.
