Thopter? I hardly know 'er by Hyper

Format: Commander

Commander: Sai, Master Thopterist

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Sai, Master Thopterist steers a mono-blue artifact-token strategy that converts every artifact spell into a 1/1 Thopter and then sacrifices those tokens for cards. The deck wants to chain cheap and affinity artifacts into a wide flying board, pump it with anthem effects, and finish through combat or Throne of the God-Pharaoh drain. Vedalken Archmage, Fateful Discovery, Thopter Spy Network, and Uthros Research Craft keep the chain fueled, while Emry, Lurker of the Loch provides a graveyard-rebuy engine. There are no infinite combos; the deck is a fair-but-dense midrange artifact deck that overwhelms the table with Thopters, large constructs like Broodstar and Master of Etherium, and unblockable threats like Kappa Cannoneer.
