Deck overview

This deck is commanded by Roxanne, Starfall Savant, an aggressive Gruul commander that generates Meteorite artifact tokens upon entering the battlefield and attacking. Roxanne doubles the mana produced by all artifact tokens, converting Treasures, Foods, and Meteorites into high-output mana engines. The deck leverages this surplus velocity to deploy redundant artifact-entry pingers like Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist, chipping away at opposing life totals with every token created. In the mid-to-late game, the deck transitions from incremental burn into game-ending finishes using token duplication spells like Second Harvest and Devastating Onslaught, or massive X-cost finishers such as Crackle with Power. Incidental removal from Meteorite impacts keeps opposing utility creatures and planeswalkers under control, while heavy threats like Hellkite Tyrant and Ruric Thar, the Unbowed offer potent alternate avenues to victory.
