Deck overview

Yuriko is the whole engine: cheap unblockable attackers enable her commander ninjutsu, and every connecting Ninja reveals a top card, drains all opponents by its mana value, and draws that card. The deck's real plan is to stack the library with Vampiric/Mystical Tutor, Sensei's Top, and Scroll Rack so those reveals hit mana-value 7-11 payoff cards. Satoru gives every creature ninjutsu and filters the top, while Silver-Fur Master and Tetsuko make multi-ninjutsu turns cheap and unblockable. There is no compact infinite combo; winning is cumulative drain, backed by free counterspells and instant removal. Nashi, Oni, and Fallen Shinobi can steal opponents' cards, and Temporal Trespass occasionally adds a second wave. The deck is highly interactive but commander-dependent.
