Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Edea, Possessed Sorceress is a Grixis theft-and-sacrifice value deck. The primary plan is to borrow an opponent's creature each combat, attack with it, then sacrifice it to draw through Edea's death trigger and the sacrifice engines. The real hidden commander is Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, whose sacrifice/mill/draw engine anchors the list. Secondary lines stack death payoffs (Sephiroth, Syr Konrad, Bastion of Remembrance) and cast opponents' cards with Ragavan, Strago and Relm, Vaan, and Kefka. Edea supplies repeatable combat theft and card draw; the deck has no two-card combo, so its wins are incremental, usually through global drain plus combat over several turns.
