Deck overview

This is an Azorius Vehicles deck built to exploit Kotori, Pilot Prodigy's crew-2 blanket: every Vehicle in the 99 becomes crewable by a single cheap pilot, turning low-cost artifacts like Consulate Dreadnought into 7/11 beaters on turn 4. The deck blends artifact-matters draw/selection with a robust recursion package, then closes with wide-air swings from Cyberdrive Awakener or grindier value from Shorikai, Genesis Engine and Salvation Engine. The primary plan is combat damage through oversized Vehicles, with card advantage from Sram, Senior Edificer, Riddlesmith, and Thopter Spy Network and a strong rebuild axis via Emry, Lurker of the Loch, Elder Owyn Lyons, and Tune Up. Shorikai, Genesis Engine effectively acts as a hidden second commander, providing draw, pilot tokens, and an 8/8 body.
