Commander: Smaug, Wicked Worm

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos Treasure-matters deck built around Smaug, Wicked Worm as a card-advantage engine and one-time Treasure burst. The primary plan is to generate massive numbers of Treasure tokens through Alchemist's Talent, Big Score, Black Market Connections, and combat triggers, then convert them into a lethal X spell, a huge Craterclaw Colossus swing, or Alchemist's Talent level 3 fire. Secondary paths include Dragon beatdown with Smaug the Magnificent and Goldlust Triad, and incremental life loss from Reckless Fireweaver, Mirkwood Bats, and Mayhem Devil. Hidden commander: Smaug the Magnificent, a repeatable Treasure payoff that turns the token count into direct damage.
