Avengers by tripletime

Format: Commander

Commander: Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a five-color Hero-tribal midrange deck built entirely around Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Power-up: a one-shot, command-zone "battlefield tutor" that can put a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle onto the battlefield and immediately transform double-faced cards. The primary path to victory is evasive combat damage from a wide board of legendary Heroes, powered up by counters, anthem effects like Captain America, Wings of Freedom, and free-spell generation from Cosmic Cube. There are no infinite combos; instead the deck grinds value through Kindred Discovery, Jarvis, Earth's Mightiest Butler, Black Market Connections, and graveyard recursion via Winter Soldier, Reborn Avenger and The Soul Stone. Director Nick Fury acts as a hidden commander, reducing Hero costs and digging on attack, while Captain Marvel, Apex Avenger and Miles Morales // Ultimate Spider-Man turn counters into overwhelming battlefield presence.
